"Noise level a little higher than expected. Noise from hallway and rooms on each side (we actually heard the neighbour pee) could certainly do with a better noise insulation. BUT passed 11PM traffic and noise in hallway subsided and we had a peacefull night."

"The hotel was undergoing renovations, but everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room and bathroom were spotless. An extra special touch was that one of the staff made homemade banana bread for the morning breakfast buffet! We will return!"

"We really enjoyed our night at this hotel. We had a gorgeous view of Lac Brome from our balcony, and our room was very comfortable and completely redone. The fireplace has not yet been set up since the renos, but otherwise, first rate. Great shower, decor and comfy bedding. Breakfast was continental but well-staffed and enjoyable. We would return."

"Nice stay with great views from room, friendly and welcoming staff. Got an early check in (14h30) without asking, as our room was ready. Very appreciated after a long ride. Took a walk in the nearby trails admiring fall colors. Did not had the chance to use the spa/pools but seem nice. We had dinner at on site restaurant with decent and afordable choices of meals and wines. Room standard queen, all renovated with a confortable bed, a sofa bed, a fridge and lot of space with baywindows facing the morning sun on the lake. Difficult to understand the bad reviews or we may have been lucky that day, but we really enjoyed our stay."
