"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining...

"Excellent stay we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort given price. Excellent value for money. Fresh, clean and the bedding and matress were probably the best we have had on our 3 week road trip round Europe staying in approx 15 different hotels. Thoroughly recommend this budget option "

"Room was small but good for one person. There is a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away, and the town of Albi 10 minutes driving and worth a visit. The staff was very friendly. Overall very good for the price. "

"First I need to warn the readers to not use Apple Maps to get there because it will bring you to some random place on the other side of Toulouse. The chateau is out in the country side. It is a pretty building with beautiful grounds and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, recently renovated with a terrific view of the adjacent county. The breakfast was typical French. "Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"Very clean, which we liked, but oddly, there was mold on the ceiling of the shower! the cleaning person needs to look up. Easy to clear up! Otherwise, very nice decor, comfortable room, good location to go into Albi and to get back on the road. Good value. Looking forward to the breakfast!"

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."
