"You cant check in early because theyre closed from 11am to 5 pm. They email you a code to get in however the machine was broken. So we had to wait to get in until someone arrived which thankfully was early. The room was very bare and basic, like a college dorm room. Hard beds. 1 pillow and 1 towel only. Nothing extra. "Very friendly and helpful staff, theres a bar and restaurants within the building so easy to get food and drink if you dont want to go far. Lille is very walkable, however the hotel is within 2 mins walk of a metro station too."
