"We just spent a week at this lovely classic house, near the canal. The property was in excellent condition, and very importantly, was well stocked. The street is quiet, and walkable to the Centrum and Scouts Rally.(playground for kids, café with beverages for adults). Patrick & Karin are lovely hosts that were very communicative without intruding.. We just booked again for summer! One consideration that needs to be mentioned are the steps to/from upstairs. "The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally, there was grease or dates smeared on the wall. The internet didn’t work, the fan was broken too. It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers...
