"Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room. "Absolutely loved staying here. Friendly staff, great views, convenient to all main walks in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable and the half board for meals was exceptional. The chef is very talented and the meals were the best we have had in Italy. Waitress had a great sense of humour and service was always with a smile. 3 star rating does not do it justice."
