"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"Excellent location. Stunning historical building. Beautiful rooms. Quite rustic so dont expect five star furnishings. They offer sarongs instead of towels. The wifi is terrible but its worth it to say in such an amazingly building and stunning rooms. Staff are excellent. Use of small kitchen to make tea if you want it. Great location walking distance from medina sites."

"it was very bad I really regrated it. most of the facilities mentioned on the add were not available. There was no TV as stated on the add, I even asked the person who met me and gave me the key to give me at least the WFi code he said yes, I will send it to you, then he fly and never turn back, there were no enough plates in the kitchen no spoons no nives, no kettle."

"It os a nice place with an authentic north African interior decore in the old part of city, Medina. Cars can not reach the hotel door and you need to walk about 5 min to get a taxi. In the area tgere are not many option fir dining, specially in the evening. Only one of staff speaks English, so communication can be difficult at times if you do not speakFrenchor Arabic. "

"This stunning hotel checked all the boxes for us. We only stayed one night, and we wished we would have been able to spend more time here. The spa was heavenly. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. It felt luxurious and modern, but is in a historic remodeled location in the medina. It is truly stunningly beautiful.
