"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"A lovely place with a welcoming and helpful host who lives on site. Rouen is easily accessed with frequent buses. The place is secure and quiet (The church next door only rang its bells on Sunday) with a very pretty garden. The garden can only be accessed up a flight of steps outside so not accessible for all. Everything was as described, although the Internet is not fast. We had a great stay at Janine’s place exploring Rouen and the surrounding area."

"We loved the time we spent at Philippe and Christian's place in Normadie. This super cute little house is set in a big garden and located right on the banks of the Seine where you can go for long walks in nature. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the Phillipe and Christian were wonderful hosts . We would highly recommend and look forward to coming back !"

"We would book this lovely home again anytime! Charming, peaceful, comfortable are all excellent words to describe the property. The accommodations were exactly as pictured on the site. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, very responsive. She gave us an excellent list of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Brasserie Paul and La Terrasse were both exceptional. The boulangerie/pattisserie in the village was fabulous! We only wished we could have stayed longer. Maybe next...

The stairs are quite steep and the children’s beds are softer and were better for us (sore backs). The yard (and home) is absolutely beautiful. "What a beautiful house! It was perfectly located in La Bouille with the Seine right across the street. A charming town with very kind neighbors. The house was clean and very well supplied in the kitchen and with detergent for laundry! The binder provided had plenty of helpful recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!"
