"Great stay! Started off with a private car to pick us up from the airport (70 euro), which was nice and convenient. The service at the hotel was excellent, the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decent size for the two of us, comfortable, and functional. The breakfast (included) was outstanding. The hotel is located near many sights. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, 15 to Trevi. We walked all over the place and found the hotel convenient. "

The rooms definitely need renovation and updates to reflect the pricing level. The hotel staff were generally helpful, but the restaurant staff were a bit cold in their interactions. Additionally, all services came at an extra cost, including the airport shuttle, despite the hotel’s location in the airport area"
