Casa Magdalena (Under construction-completion date end of October 2023) Is located off a small fishing town of La Ribera next door to the Costa Palmas Resort home of Four Seasons Resort/ Aman Resort with a new marina, restaurants, night club and golf course on the East cape. The Development is Lighthouse Pointe Estates gated community about 15 min. drive from Costa Palmas. An easy hour drive from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport.
This beautiful new overall 9,504 SF home w/ patios and 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and Pickleball court has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is located right on the sandy dunes of a white sand beach steps from the turquoise ocean.
This home is all about comfort of modern living, 4 individual king suites with ocean views. 1 bedroom with 4 queen bunk beds . 12–15-foot ceilings throughout house, 12ft tall sliders opening to pool/beach. Beautiful chef kitchen with high end appliances with a 20ft long kitchen island. Cozy large sectional couch sitting in Livingroom.
Step out into the courtyard to enjoy a full-size Pickle ball court and a pool with hot tub. Beautiful dessert like landscaping.
Ocean side patio offers you an outdoor stainless BBQ kitchen, outdoor dining, firepit with pillows/blankets, large infinity pool and hot tub.
All Bedrooms include down comforts and pillows, smart TV's and mini spilt A/C. Source of heat is a large propane fireplace in main living room.
Would you like to add house keeping? How about someone to do your shopping and deliver to the house before you arrive? ATV delivered to your house upon your arrival? We can arrange that and more.
There are no local car service companies or taxi's available in La Ribera. A rental car is an absolute must we are located 5 miles from town and costa Palmas Four Seasons Resort.
