"Close to lots to do in Houston. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Adorably decorated. AC works great! Housekeeping needed some work. Has secure parking for two vehicles which is a plus in downtown! Kitchen had everything we needed except dishcloths strangely. Even had a bunch of board games that we did not get to utilize because we were there for work. Enjoyed our stay, thanks Fredrick!"

"We had a wonderful time at this rental! The beds were very comfortable, and the space was exactly what we needed for a great spring break. The game room setup in the barn was a huge hit—we used it a ton! The pool was also a great addition, giving us plenty of ways to relax and have fun. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quieter area that didn’t feel overly touristy, yet still just a short drive to bigger towns and plenty of activities for the whole family. We’d definitely stay here...

"My party of 7 enjoyed the home. 10/10. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to explore ANYTHING outside. High Seas, Rain Storm and temps in the 30s. This was a rare cold front. Owner did attempt to accommodate a different date, but tickets were purchased and other dates didn’t work for the rest of the party. Other than the weather, this property is the BOMB. Very spacious. Mr.Randy( Property Manager) is awesome. We WILL book again. Hopefully the owner remembers me and cut us a GREAT...

"My high school astronomy club members and two chaperones and I stayed at this place during our spring break trip to Houston to see the space center and Galveston. Regarding location and traffic, it was perfect for where we needed to get to. Being able to see the constellations from the pier and the back yard was amazing, and the sunrises were beautiful! We did have some issues with damaged beds from previous renters, but the host got that cleared up right away. Communication was excellent. ...
