"The casita is adorable! Tastefully decorated with bright Mexican colors and all the comforts of home. The view from the terrace is unbeatable, and the casita is steps away from the beach which is much quieter than the downtown area. We will be back for sure!"

"The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, was told the lock code was 6 digits, but there was a key lock next to the door entering the unit with only 4 digits. I figured there must’ve been a mistake with either the code given or possibly the wrong unit number. I messaged the host asking for help and it took them about 12 hours to respond. "We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"

"Our first time to this part of Mexico- the place is perfectly located and easy walk to the beach. Communication with Efren was seamless.It was clean but not overly clean. The bathroom still had hair in the drain. We did check in early so maybe it was rushed. "

"I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"
