"The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. "It was ideally situated for shops, restaurants and beach. For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed that the guest services desk was never staffed, that the safe in the room was not supplied free of charge, and that there were no tissues supplied in the room (although toothbrushes were supplied, which was unnecessary). I should also mention that the sofa in my room was badly stained."
