For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed that the guest services desk was never staffed, that the safe in the room was not supplied free of charge, and that there were no tissues supplied in the room (although toothbrushes were supplied, which was unnecessary). I should also mention that the sofa in my room was badly stained."

"Stay at the Atlantic Garden Beach was okay. Villa/apartment size was good and the property is a 5-minutes walk from the centre of Correljo. The property is dated and not super clean: floors were swept/vacuumed but not washed and there were tiny ants in the kitchen."

"Breakfast, location, staff, all very good. Daily housekeeping just made our beds and added some toilet rolls. No replacement of used coffee mugs or water glasses or towels changed for five nights. No extra water left out, which wasn’t the end of the world just new clean glasses daily would’ve been appreciated. Aircon fan incredibly loud every minute or two which was slightly unsettling at night. Shower didn’t drain very well so slight smell of stagnant water. Just little things that I’m sure...
