"We were here twice on a return travel from the Netherlands to the south of France. I would rate this location as OK for a transit, I would however not recommend staying here for a longer holiday because it is very noisy especially when there were other guests in the same building. "On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. "After not thinking we would be able to holiday due to Covid this was the perfect relaxing retreat. Everything was as we had expected. The log cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The gifts on arrival ( goats cheese , apple juice, jam and cider ) were all lovely and a nice touch. Roaming chickens and cats were an added delight with some eggs given to us in the week. Perfect break."

"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"
