"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them.
