"Wow, what a perfect house to enjoy the views. We stayed upstairs the entire time, opened all the windows and took in views from every angle. Now, the house. No frills, just what you need for a stay in the area. We had what we needed, there were plenty of towels(you never know, sometimes), plenty of toilet paper, and there was even shampoo conditioner and soap...and lotion in the bathroom which was a great touch. The mini fridge surprised us instead of a full size one but like I mentioned...no frills but it was just right for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and closet was huge which was great to keep our ski clothes hung up and airing out. I'd stay here again."

"We had *such* a relaxing time at Casa Ambrosia. The solitude under the stars in the hot tub was epic as was the warm fireplace afterward. We boosted our tranquility factor with a day trip to Ojo Caliente, just a short drive away. Highly recommended!! Wish we could've stayed much longer!!!"

"From check in we felt welcomed by the front desk staff they were very kind and informative! Our rooms were cozy we loved the fire place and being next to the horses! The breakfast was delicious the polenta eggs Benedict were amazing! Our breakfast restaurant crew was kind, attentive and the service was speedy. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will be back during the summer! "

"Hubs and I stayed here in the "Esmerelda". The property and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous and the view of the mountains is incredible. I loved the copper detail with the green on the interior. Room came with a mini fridge, French press, & microwave. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was fantastic but they also have shower rooms that are attached to the lobby. Staff was very friendly and even wrote down some restaurant recommendations. Property was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The "Esmerelda" is great solo or with a parter. But if traveling with pets or in larger groups i would suggest one of the larger airstreams. But again, it was perfect for me and my husband. Looking forward to staying again during warmer temps. The stars at night were incredible but the "feels like" temps were in the negatives so I didn't spend as much time as I wanted to outdoor "

"Property was great. Beware of the aggressive dog on the corner of Lower Las Colonias. Easy drive to skiing. Enjoyed the hot tub in the sub zero temps outside. "
