"We accidentally forgot my daughter’s beloved stuffies in the room when we left. The staff were so understanding and shipped them immediately upon finding them! So thoughtful. "

"Very easy to find since it is at the dead end of the street before becoming a pedestrian zone. Parking one block away was clean, safe and open 24 hours. Hotel is on the edge of the old city center with all the shops, restaurants and movie theaters that you could want. Room faced the street but was very quiet. Room climate control worked perfectly and also was very quiet."

"We couldn't really fault the apartment. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sinks not draining, but the Concierge Services sorted that for us. There is plenty of room, well equipped and the view form the large balcony was really nice. There was plenty of parking out front (and there is a indoor garage if needed) with stair and lift access to the apartment. The proximity to the slopes was brilliant with easy access to the main ski lifts and back to the apartment at the end of the day. The ski lockers are just as you go in which was great too. The restaurants on the whole were good with some much better than others, but The Chalet (which is just down the road) was a highlight. There is a also good supermarket, range of shops and ski hire available. Lovely skiing available for all levels and when the sun shines the views are stunning. Really enjoyed our stay."
