"We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. Luckily the hotel could provide a room for the three of us but the mistake by hotels.com/could have ruined the most important part of our holiday."

"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"We booked this hotel for it supposed good restaurant only to be told it was shut as chef was away,so we eat in a pizza takeaway. The bar is a tiny room in the basement with three chairs,it was suggested that we have a drink outside which was even less appealing with two chairs a dead tree and dog muck. "Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "
