"Super kind staff in every facet. For us, White 1921 was the best combination of luxury and convenience. Plus the location is very central so there is no need to shuttle around because everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is delicious with some very nice cooked options; and the spa is easy to use. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. Ski in and out is great, just make sure not to be like me and miss the last ski lift 😄 then it becomes an uphill walk to get to the hotel. The best part of this property - staff. "Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. "

"This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day....

"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions.
