"It was a nice property but disappointing on amenities. No water provided, no coffee machine, charged for coffee???? and Parking. Quite a bit misleading or misunderstandings by check in when we tried to book another room. They had a room with two double beds available but would not let us have it? made us get two single rooms instead, nice price gouge. Some great staff, some not so good."

"The Mercure Hotel has a great location and is a nice and quiet hotel. It is dated but still fairly acceptable. We really enjoy their people and the restaurant is very good.
