"We had a fabulous two days at Finca La Anita. Pablo and Ana were fabulous hosts and we truly enjoyed learning from their knowledge of all things Costa Rican, especially the history and quality of chocolate and coffee. We stayed in cabin 8 which was comfortably rustic with a refrigerator. We found the temperature in mid Feb to be approx 10 degrees C cooler than the coast. Travel by SUV is best as the road is quite rough at times. The home cooked meals were authentic, yummy and filling. We loved both the peacefullness, the nature and the birds at Finca La Anita. Many thanks Pablo and Ana, we are already looking forward to our next visit."

"The house was exactly what we had hoped for - clean and with enough space for our family of five to sleep and stay comfortably. Our local host, Gerardo, was absolutely amazing. He greeted us with a smile and helped us plan amazing adventures from viewing incredible waterfalls, azure blue pools and cultural experiences (learning how to make local dairy products). The food at the local soda was delicious and filling - my three teenage boys approved! A great place to stay in a magical part of Costa Rica."

"We stayed here for easy access to Liberia airport and so glad we found it! Everything you need is on the property so we didn’t even leave. Restaurants, free breakfast, hot springs, entertainment for family. Rooms very comfortable. Every night we enjoyed amazing sunsets at bar/restaurant-definitely a highlight! Also saw lots of wildlife around property. "
