"Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. "The apartment is located in the middle of Annecy's old town - you really can't live closer to the center. It offers a fantastic immersion into the old town and has been lovingly furnished. However, there are a few points that the host could work on: There were four of us in the apartment, which is possible in terms of space, but the equipment was often only for 2 perons (cups, glasses). The fact that we had to buy additional kitchen utensils in the supermarket is of course not okay. The house...

"We had a fabulous time staying in Sevrier. The apartment was clean, had all necessary provisions for a great stay; washing machine, kettle, coffee machines, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery/ glassware. There was a bus from the end of the road running every 20 minutes into Annecy and an amazing bakery with good quality take away coffee at the end of the road. Central location for walking in the mountains or just relaxing by the lake. A little disappointing was the size of the bedrooms and...

"The only thing I can say here, is that when we arrived the unit was extremely cold. The heat on a couple units wasn't working. However, they responded to our concern right away and did their best to mitigate the issue. The next day, they brought in someone to have a look at the heating system, and even brought extra heaters. So well done!"
