"The Eloisa is a perfect location for me. It's in the RZ and half a block from the beach. With the park below, there is very little traffic on the street. It's simple but clean. It needs maintaince, they need to train there staff and have enough personal. They vehicles broke down 3 times, they are liers considering what you guys is not what you get. They said they have 3 pools and only one was pool to the guest.
