There is a small elevator to access the location on the 2nd floor, or you can take the stairs. There was an error with breakfast one morning that didn't happen but more importantly the call to find out about it was unanswered until some hours later. "My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed.
