"The apartment was in a great location and provided (almost) everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The sheets were very old and faded and there were no towels (despite them being specifically mentioned on the apartment description). We were told by the owner that we were entitled to compensation for this since we had had to buy our own, but this has not happened. "We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
