"We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. When she returned again you can tell from the look in her face that was not at all happy with us for being simply confused! We weren't even rude to her! She just made us never want to return ever again! The staff on our first two nights were so lovely though."

"The place was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had an issue without shower drain being clogged. They were helpful and a maintenance worker came quickly but was unable to resolve it. No efforts were made to provide compensation for the inconvenience."

"This is a boutique hotel that is one of the nicest 3*s I’ve stayed at. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel room and breakfast area are clean ans neat. Housekeeping attended daily. I’d stay again for sure if I was in the area. PS this is France, there is no hot breakfast option, only continental."
