Luxury apartment by the sea, quiet and well integrated into the environment of a wooded park in the heart of the city. An ideal location near the beaches, the port, the historic center. You do everything on foot in the city center, to the beaches so your car remains safe in the private parking. The living room, air-conditioned, opens onto a large covered terrace facing South-East, facing and with sea view. The kitchen, perfectly equipped, is open to the living room. Freshness, calm and very good mattresses for the bedrooms overlooking the wooded park. Sea activities, the unmissable Calanques National Park, the discovery of the Provencal hinterland and the sun of the Côte d'Azur await you.

😊 The rental contract will be sent to you by email. Once completed, you send it back to us, by email or by post. Bed linen and towels are provided only on request at €30 per room. End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, a service can be provided on request at €60. Security deposit of €400, paid upon entry and returned upon departure after inventory, unless retained in the event of damage due to the rental.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alle notwendigen Informationen wurden uns mitgeteilt. Das Appartement ist toll eingerichtet und die Aufteilung war perfekt. Appartement très bien situé, en bord de mer, donnant sur le port, dans le quartier de la vieille ville de La Ciotat. Dans un état impécable. Parfait pour découvrir les Calanques, les villes du bord de mer : Cassis, Sanary-sur-mer, Bandol... Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, soucieux du bien-être des locataires, avec un cadeau personnalisé à l'arrivée. Je recommande cette location.

Appartement au calme et très bien situé
Très bel appartement bien conçu, pièces spacieuses à la décoration fonctionnelle et raffinée avec en plus une grande terrasse. L'appartement, au calme, est extrêmement bien situé avec une vue mer, on peut se rendre en ville ou à la plage à pied, en laissant la voiture sur la place de parking allouée au sein de la résidence. Enfin l'accueil des propriétaires était efficace et chaleureux.
