The kitchen was well stocked for our purposes and the teens enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Also the host locked 1 room so it’s better to clarify with the host how many room you will get. Also the bedding and sheets had a distinct smell to them. "We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. "Everything was great including the host, room it self and around the hotel. The only slight issue we had was the smell/odor we had that persisted in the bathroom ...couod be coming from outside. Other than that it was All good "

Hotel Fernando III Review

"This place was in the perfect location for traveling, as it was close to Seville's famous landmarks. The Seville Cathedral was to the north, and the Alcázar was to the south. Although the Plaza de España was a bit farther away, we enjoyed a pleasant walk there. However, due to Seville's city layout with uneven roads, it's not ideal to carry luggage for long distances. The hotel lobby staff was also very kind and even prepared slippers especially for us."

Excellent Hotel, great location.

"Slightly tricky location to navigate with the car but compensated by the location, right in the heart of the old city, 5 mins to the Cathedral. The valet parking on arrival and check-out was a nice touch. All the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, without exception. Lovely room with a super king bed, spacious. modern and comfortable. Great shower, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels! Breakfast offering is EXCELLENT, everything you can think of and great quality. Would return in a heart beat. "
