"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "

"I could not say more good things about our stay at the Lowe's in Hollywood. We had picked the hotel as it was the only one we could find that allowed us to pick the view we wanted, which was what we wanted. We were staying only for a night before traveling home and my daughter had wanted nothing more than to have a room that she could see the Hollywood sign from. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready, but they went ahead and upgraded us to a higher floor with a better view and larger beds, the room was great, I wish we had had spent more time in the room! While we were out walking the area, which is great, close to shopping, dining, sites, everything; the Lowes team left a lovely chocolate cake treat and handwritten card for my daughters birthday, it was completely unexpected, but made her feel so incredibly special. We spent hours in the heated pool at night, it amazingly gets dark enough that you can see the stars. 10/10, loved it and would stay there again and again. Definitely made a customer for life. "

"Theres another level of personable service (that I found at the Los Angeles Athletic Club) wheras the Intercontinental service feels more cold and less inviting. Only some employees in the building manage to give that really nice, welcoming feeling. "

"Literally next door to the Intuit Dome. Traveled to watch our team to play the clippers and this hotel did not disappoint. Nice pool with hot tub, lots lounge chairs , clean rooms and nice restaurant. I love we can enjoy ourselves at the game without worrying about driving. It took 10 mins from our seat to our hotel door!! "
