"We absolutely loved our stay as a first family holiday with an under 1 year old. The staff were so useful and friendly. The pool is beautiful, heated well so even on a cooler day my little one was very happy in the outdoor pool. We ate at all the restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed each one, the views from each were beautiful, food was delicious. Location is great, you are very close to the casino square, Japanese Garden and the Beach. Also access to the harbour is made super easy by the stairs to the right of the hotel, which take you to the tunnel directly to the harbour. ( we wish we found this earlier as it was a life saver!) The one thing I could say is the front looked a little tired and could do with a clean or repaint. But this doesn’t hinder anything. We will certainly come back as we loved it! "

"While quite basic, the hotel was still excellent. The room was extremely clean, it wasn’t cramped and the beds were really comfy. There are vending machines downstairs which is really handy, and there are also a few convenience stores in walking distance. We asked at reception for fresh towels and it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, within walking distance of the majority of main sites. About a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Tram stop also close by, and train station about a 15 minute walk. The area around it was quiet and felt safe, even when walking through late in the evening. "

"The property has a breathtaking view, beautiful gardens, and a spacious, comfortable, very clean room. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I recommend comfortable walking shoes for the cobblestones. The hotel is pricey, but worth the splurge. I recommend breakfast outside the hotel due to the price. We really loved our stay in Eze. Don’t miss the Exotic Garden!"
