Ideally located in the heart of Ile Rousse in a recent, quiet, tree-lined residence, this comfortable one-bedroom apartment can accommodate you for a pleasant holiday in Corsica. You can reach the city center in five minutes on foot with its pedestrian streets, its market, its shops and various attractions and go to the Marinella beach.
You will have a secure covered private parking with lift access
The 38 m2 apartment is functional. It is equipped to accommodate 3/4 people maximum.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed 2pl daily sleeping - TV - DVD player - table - chairs
A kitchen open to the living room / lounge, equipped with an electric oven, a ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge as well as dishes and kitchen utensils - vacuum cleaner

1 semaine découverte de la corse
Les propriétaires sont charmants et l’accueil très agréable. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé et dispose d’une grande place de parking. Même si la vue n’est pas sur la mer, l’emplacement du logement permet d’accéder rapidement au centre et aux plages de l’île Rousse. Depuis ce point de chute, nous avons pu explorer toute la côte nord, de Piana à Bastia en passant par le Cap Corse. Je recommande… 👍

1er voyage en Corse. Promis nous y retournerons. L’Ile rousse est une très belle ville et les gens accueillent nous y avons été sur la période fin mai. La location est idéalement située, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel pour le confort de tous. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponible. Je recommande +++

Apparemment climatisé / très propre /très fonctionnel pour 2 / proche plage à pied/ des commerce à pied / vaisselle de qualité / propriétaire accueillant bouteille d’eau et gâteau offert à arriver / pas besoin de produits de nettoyage déjà sur place 👌 nous avons passé un excellent séjour a refaire sans problème et en plus place parking attitré île rousse génial le cadre ,les restos à proximité en musique ou pas / la plage géniale /balade a petit train blanc génial plein les yeux la dame qui conduit le train un personnage . Il y as aussi la micheline ,c est un train de gare 🚉 car il passe en ville moins drôle pas climatisé et bondé 🥵. Calvi est pas loin en voiture a refaire pour trop bien

location très propre; appartement refait à neuf par les propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller à pied en ville et à la plage. Notre voiture était garée en sous-sol ce qui nous permettait de trouver une voiture fraîche quand nous partions en excursion. Tous les produite de nettoyage et d'hygiène pour la maison étaient fournis. L'immeuble est récent et de bon standing. Les propriétaires étaient charmants .
