"Across from a large park, it’s nicely located and walkable to other attractions such as mile end area (longer 30 min walk, not for those who aren’t in somewhat decent shape). It’s an older building but nicely taken care of, don’t expect modern - expect cozy and homey. We had a couple bugs in our room but otherwise it was fairly clean, the room was very spacious and had what we needed. They don’t let you control the temperature of your room though so that could be a problem if it’s too hot or...

"A really great bang for your buck - right in the heart of the city within walking distance of the old quarter. With the negative reviews I was worried, but for the price you really can't complain and I'm glad I took the chance. Surprisingly spacious and quiet in the deluxe room, and the kitchenette was a god send. Plus the in-room temperature control came with a remote so you could adjust the temperature settings while cozy in bed. The property responded immediately to my questions, as well....
