"This apartment was ideal for a few days away on the slopes. A great location, literally 4 mins walk from the first lift. A handy ski locker and secure underground parking space. We only had 4 days away which suited this size apartment for four of us really well.The pros: cozy and warm, amazing location, parking and views.The cons: slight odour from second shower room (mentioned so I'm sure will be resolved), microwave only, no oven. Boot dryer would be useful.Overall would recommend."

"A simpler coffee maker would have been preferred , simple cafetiere. , and the kiettle was cheap and slow However would book again everything else perfect .The check in person failed to give us the code for the garage parking door , which was tough after a v. long journey .long journey "

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "

"Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day) Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer) Big credits to the restaurant team Electrical car charging station in the basement car park. On the minus side: Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over. The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about. Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row) Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests. All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time "

"Great detached chalet in a quiet location at the top of Sainte Foy, perfect for our family of 5. Good sized warm boot room for all the gear. Beds were comfortable. Ski-in / out about 40 metres from chalet which was great. No allocated parking but plenty of spaces nearby, just below the chalet by restaurant 1580. Check-in was good with Bruno from Cles Sassionaires and also the property has a key safe. One thing to note, you have to carry you bags up a short slope from below the chalet, so our three children were most useful! We hope to stay again sometime soon."

"Everything was perfect- beautiful village easy access to skiing as long as you’re happy to do a red at the top, lovely chap Martin did check in the 2 village restaurants and the goat farm for milk cheese bread make for a perfect ski holiday. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra for tired legs. Many thanks Fiona and Alan"

"The resort is located in a great location with plenty of parking along the main road directly outside the apartments. Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift. The apartment we stayed (2 bed apartment - but can sleep an additional one or two if needed by using the sofa bed) has a master (double bed) and en-suite; and another room with two singles, and separate toilet and bathroom. Kitchen and living area and large balcony all suitable for a weeks stay. The apartment however wasn’t the cleanest, it was dusty, cobwebs on the ceilings of all rooms, I’m not sure the floor was cleaned before we arrived - let’s just say all our socks became very dirty very quickly walking around. You only get one towel per person for the week, no additional towels provided for the pool facilities. Only one toilet roll provided, purchase more for a fee. You have to do your own entire inventory of all cutlery, crockery etc and hand this back to reception within 24 hours - or face a penalty fee for items missing on departing. The rooms are not serviced in anyway during your stay and you have to remove all bedding, have the entire kitchen area cleaned before you depart or face a penalty fee. The pool and spa facilities are lacking - cold water, only one of each sauna and steam room open at any one time. On the whole - an okay stay, but not 4-stars. "
