Everything was top notch - from initial check-in (we were early but still able to drop off bags and get a quick tour) to ease of check out (host contacted us the day before to reserve a taxi service for us..). We had some initial confusion with the hot tub but Lourdes (property manager) was very responsive and helpful and got it taken care of right away. The unit was well appointed and very clean.
