Nana 大野who is working in breakfast lounge of 33 rd floor went to other dining room to get coffee for me. Next morning she was preparing already to serve me that coffee by getting it beforehand. Her professionalism is very impressive. I really appreciate her. Ocean spa service was awesome. The sea view from room was very nice. The bartender at bar of 35 th floor and the staff working in Sushi restaurant was very attentive and super nice. "
