Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Positives:
The room was bigger than the one in Tokyo (however, this doesn't say much since Tokyo hotel rooms are the size of full-sized American cars :)). The room was very clean and well-maintained. It had a kitchen with utensils and a reasonable-sized fridge. The bathroom was well equipped with several soaps and towels. There was fast in-room wifi as well.
Negatives:
The neighborhood was extremely blah. Our first cab driver couldn't even find the hotel properly. There were no metro stops close by and so we had to resort to taking buses everywhere. The buses take forever to reach the destination and so we ended up spending a lot of time just commuting.
There was hardly anyone at the front-desk to even ask any questions. In fact, we met someone exactly once (during our check-in). The property did not have elevators and so we had to lug our huge luggages 2 stories up.
Overall, you get what you pay for. If yours is a budget trip, then I would gladly go for this "no-frills" property. But if you are time-crunched and would like to pay more to have better access and comfort, I would find something else.
