Great hotel and staff. Just make sure you get a room on the back side of the building. Rooms facing the front get too much railway noise. Staff was excellent.

Just recently stayed 3 nights with my brother and our mum. This was our 2nd visit and once again did not disappoint. Want to say a HUGE thank you to Yuko and Zun in particular for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much. It’s people like you that make our stay even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff are also so friendly, The hotel is amazing. Amazing large rooms, bathrooms, good beds and pillows, and being a small hotel, it really gives a nice sense of being valued as a customer. Had an amazing stay here and would throughly recommend it. It's a great location opposite Kyoto station as well as a few malls all with 10 mins walk. We booked a room with 1 double, bunk beds and a sofa bed that converted to abed, with a kitchenette. Pretty spacious by Japanese standards and very clean. We had a great view of Kyoto station watching the Shinkansen come in and out. Want to call out the staff and how incredibly helpful they were. They suggested a better way to use the luggage transfer service for our needs which ended up saving us money, and also helped us when our pre booked taxi was very late. Thankyou Yuko, Ryo and all the staff for the help!
