I liked the hotel overall- great location to many of the stores, main markets, cafes and buses. The room was very small but clean. Their bathroom included a shower which was very nice with modern jets. Staff was friendly.

Small boutique hotel in a great location for exploring central and eastern Kyoto on foot. Hundreds of restaurants are within walking distance, and we highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet when you book your room.

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. We had easy access and walking distance to the subway and bus stop. Located off the main street and walking distance to Nishiki market and other shopping stores.

The hotel is located in Umeda area but it is super close to umeda/Osaka station. If travelling from airport, it's better to take airport limousine bus to Herbis Plaza. The hotel has many rooms and there is a long wait to check in at 3pm.
