"Upon arrival I was told a “3rd party” changed our 2 bed room to a single king room. This was false since I specifically paid extra to have the 2 queen beds, but since they were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a solution. Expedia made it right by crediting me back a bit, and the hotel gave me a few bottle waters & 2 free snacks, along with a rollaway bed that was actually comfier than the king size bed. "The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?'
