"they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent "

"Accommodating and friendly service in a quite neighborhood, with a serene garden. Close to the airport with free transfer. Too bad it will be going through renovation and will not be available until approximately Oct 2022!!!"

"Great hotel close to the airport. I stayed here for a night because my flight landed quite late at Entebbe. I was picked up at the airport and had a comfortable stay after a long flight. It made my transition into Uganda quite easy."

"Waking up from a quiet night's sleep on a comfortable mattress with spotless sheets and walking out to sit on Claire's veranda to bird watch each morning was the highlight of my day. A hamerkop, bulbuls and mousebirds (among 10+ other types) came to visit while storks, pied kingfishers and even African greys flew by. A monkey on a neighboring roof was seen too. All this nature, yet five minutes walk to the lakeshore lined with restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the Carrefour. "

"Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall"

"The property is ideal for relaxation but it is terribly designed and maintained. If some effort and pride is placed in it’s design and upkeep, it will be a better experience for its users."
