"The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were all great to deal with. In particular, Ben helped us when checking in and checking out, he was fantastic. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Only thing to note is although it is really close to Mong Kok, there are a bunch of stairs and a bit of a walk you will have to navigate before getting to the actual street level. Not an issue if you are cabbing, only a concern if walking. Connected to a massive shopping mall which has tonnes of shopping and eating options as well. "

"Pretty close to public transport, have dinner option for cheap (up to 10usd) to expensive (100+usd), staff show care and willing to help (direction, taxi calling, room service, etc)"

"My favourite hotel for budget stay in Hong Kong, although its not in the best location unless you want to stay on HK island due to Ubers and Taxis being ridiculously priced compared to next door China, this hotel is amazing! Rooms are quiet small but the hotel itself is luxurious and newer compared to most places in HK, I will be choosing the stay here from now on during my stays in Hong Kong, close to central, LKF and wan chai :) "
