"This was suppose to be an "All inclusive" hotel, but when we asked for Wi-Fi, they said it is not included. Later, we asked for ice-cream and this was not included in the price either. So, "All inclusive" was not really all inclusive. The restaurant where they prepared hamburgers where extremely dirty. The flour was wet and dirty and ketchup was splattered all over the place, so we didn't eat hamburgers. Baby pool was so dirty and we could see green growth in it. It was also bad smell...

"We had a great stay! Special thanks to Iraklis who helped us throughout our whole stay and had great recommendations. "This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."
