"Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!"

"Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim...

There were so many activities for the kids – they baked pizza, went on pirate adventures around the hotel, and even planted flowers. The hotel really knows how to make children’s experiences magical! "Terrible lack of service from both reception and housekeeping. Resort is generally very tired and needs updating/refurbishment. Food is average at best and in our group of 4 all 4 of us had stomach difficulties. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. They charge you for wifi and it barely works. They also charge you to use the safe in the room. Beach is very average compared to others in the local area. Very difficult to find any positives. "
