"Easy check in with courteous staff, welcome drink on arrival and escorted to our room promptly. Our garden view room was well appointed and very quiet. Dining options were varied and meals were well sized and delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive and eager to please - they made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed. "Good 5 nights here. Was upgraded upon arrival to swim up room, although we rarely used this feature. Room was a very good size and comfortable bed. Some cracked tiles and dirty grout/silicone in bathroom could be refreshed but all in all pretty clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Smiley and Ali very friendly by the pool. Nice pool area. All meals in the restaurant were nice. "
