Very old property, in need of serious renovations.the bungalow has AC only upstairs,so if you are sleeping on the main floor there is only a fan.bring your own toiletries wherever you are staying, as some places don't provide the basics,( soap, shampoo). This place had soap.the breakfast was good and the pool was clean.As with everything in Bali, there is a hidden fee for everything. if you want to play pool at the pool table in the lobby, you have to pay. If you want fruits for breakfast, you have to pay extra.

Really didn’t want to leave a review as I feel it’s a secret gem, it’s a beautiful old style complex the rooms are basic but beautiful, the pool is clean & perfect temp, for the price you couldn’t get much better. It’s a 8min stroll to main roads along the alley but shops to stop at on the way & I feel safe walking on my own. A local cafe is a 2min walk. Just missed having a kettle to make coffee when I wanted. Highly recommended

This was my second stay at Fuji Bungalows this year. It is tucked away from the busy lanes of Kuta. The only real noise is the early morning chanting from the local temple. Set on expansive grounds these series of bungalows are basic but well maintained. They are set far enough apart that you seem to be holidaying alone. The pool is immaculate and is cleaned each morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included - eggs, fruit, toast and coffee. Its only a short walk to restaurants, massage, circle K, Aussie bars and laundry services.

No doubt if you want stay alone or quiet place then this place is ok but few things I want to say owners can upgrade the property by maintaining the footpath, bathrooms need attention as they are filthy and no sockets on the wall to charge your phone or anything else, I am using CPAC machine for my breathing when sleeping and there was no socket on the wall, breakfast was like a joke one egg and two toast with black tea and few pieces of fruit. Please remove shuttle service from your website as you don’t provide this service and be clear what facilities are you providing

Would highly recommend if staying in Kuta. Walking distance to everything but secluded enough to not be kept up at night. Don’t expect luxury but more like an authentic Bali experience with cosy bungalows, surrounded by greenery and a nice pool to cool off. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Excellent value for money!

It was very quiet there and although it was obvious the place had seen better days, the room was clean and the staff very nice. The lack of a restaurant and pool bar was a big disappointment, but there were of course lots of restaurants near by.

Great budget stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Suji bungalows. The property would benefit from a little TLC and the bathrooms in particular could do with updating but it still represents great value for money. The pool area was great, the pool itself large and clean. The breakfast was simple and tasty. Suji bungalows is an oasis of calm within the madness of the Kuta/Legion area

Really great place to stay.
Comfortable bungalow. Clean and tidy. Love the surroundings, although it could be a bit noisy at night. Price you pay for staying close to Kuta Beach. The pool was fantastic! Bungalow only had a ceiling fan, which just pushed the hot air around, so quite stifling. Staff are very friendly, breakfast delicious and close to Kuta, good eateries and the beach.

The resort is in a pretty good location, just beyond the very busy beach zone, there are eating options around. The resort certainly shows its age but the employees do well to keep it clean and orderly all the same. The pool is modern and very adequate though. The bungalows aren't big but are sufficient for two. They are kind of dark though and the spindles on the windows do make it feel like being in a jail a bit. I'd personally throw a couple of coats of white paint on the dark varnished parts of the walls and ceilings to brighten it up, but that's just me. The clientele seems to be mostly of retirement age. All in all, it was adequate, especially given the reasonable price - can't expect a Hilton if you aren't paying for a Hilton.

What a lovely place to stay. Is definitely not luxurious, but an authentic Balinese experience. Set on expansive grounds, each bungalow is in traditional style. You would have no idea that you are in the middle of Kuta. The pool is lovely and is cleaned daily. As it is not too deep, it can heat up throughout the day. The breakfast is basic but you would expect that at this price. It's a quick walk to the beach, laundry, restaurants and the new Beachside shopping mall, which pretty much replaces Kuta Mall as a shopping destination. The staff were lovely. In fact, when I checked in late at night, the person on the front desk went and purchased beer on my behalf. I've really enjoyed my 9 day stay here.
