"Beautiful Ryokan with very friendly and helpful service. We had a room with both tatami and western beds (raised off the ground) which worked very well for the elders in our group that weren't used to sleeping on the ground. No shower/bath in the room as the expectation is to use the public baths (or private family baths which are first come first serve basis).
