"今回は親子3世代９名での旅行で利用させていただきました。ホテルではお風呂、食事処まで遠かったりしてお年寄りには負担になりますし、全員同部屋も難しいので、貸切宿にしてプライベート感ありで良かったです。 宿は比較的綺麗で設備も整っていて、不便はなかったです。 タオルは数日滞在で1人1枚で、別料金で補充してもらえるようでしたが、車だったので持参しました。 歯ブラシはないかな？と思って持参しましたが、ありました。 ただ、初めてだったので、チェックインに少し戸惑いました。管理会社に電話してサポートしてもらいましたが、そこだけ改善してもらえるといいなぁと思いました。 全体的には満足だったので、また機会があれば利用したいです。 "

"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
