"Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Upgraded to their new hotel which was very good, excellent swimming pool though hand rails would help. Annoyingly, for a brand new hotel, you had out of bed to turn the lights off! Grounds beautifully maintained. Food fine. A pleasant ambience for relaxing. Across the road from the Elephant Orphanage. Close to other Elephant Charities and the Elephant Poo Paper factory which was an interesting visit."

"This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

"First Location is not as it is showing on Hotels.com or Google.com, it is far off. I wouldn't book it if I would knew it is that far. Second, it is not a hotel, it is a homestay! I don't book home stays (just my preferences). Owners were sleeping in next room to mine. Third, my room should be "room with a private bathroom", and I had to SHARE my bathroom with two other rooms/families. I wouldn't book it as well. People who lives there are nice. BUT i would like to get what is advertise on...

"The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. "Nous sommes arrivés et rien été prêt. Les toilettes super sales. Des gros cafard été la. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement. Les photos et la réalité complètement a l'opposé. Nous avons même pas voulu nous laver vu l'état des salles de bain"
