"Extremely comfortable place to stay at, Especially during the winter, wasn't bad at all! Beds are great, Table is great, although there is one thing to consider if you're a JR Pass User: Osaka Metro is the only convenient transportation around here, but it doesn't get covered by the Pass at all. If you want to save money, and use the benefits of your pass, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, It's a great choice to stay!"

"I love the Citadines hotel chain and stayed at many other properties around the world. This one was an old Takashimaya store space and redone into guest rooms and a community food hall next door. Great value for the size of room with kitchenette, and also laundry room, play room for kids, community work/lounge area with coffee machine. Great location close to many services and short 10 min walk to Namba station. Lively area but not jam packed with tourists and noisy bars."

"The room was fine and there was a large extra space that we ended up using as a walk-in closet but the bathroom was very small with a tiny slippery tub and a big step that made the access very awkward. Regardless, after 3 days we wanted to stay one more week in Osaka and asked to keep the room but our request was denied although we knew a room was still available. So we moved to a better hotel. Since they cater to large groups we figured they couldn’t care less about us."

"It is near dotouburi and Shinsaibashi area and 2 train stations. Facing the main road makes it easier and safer to locate late at night. We like the public bath amenity which is opened even at midnight. We did not use the free ramen offered in the night. The experience is adversely affected by a rude staff (a bespectacled Chinese lady) when we enquired about the PIN required for the usage of the female public bath."

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. "This hotel has only one guest house, not room. The house has two bed rooms with two single bed in each. You can play piano if you wish. Big bath, small kittchen clean toilet to stay number of days with a family or friends. Food is not math produced. We have had a game (November) in Italian style for dinner. Hotel is more than 200 year old historical buirding but well maitained. Owner explains building and it's uniqe history. It was our own way from Koya-mountain to Nara by car."
