"部屋は広々としてゆったりできた。食事も十分な量で味も良かった。野菜ソムリエの女性が周ってきて説明をしてくれて、一層食材への関心が高まった。夕食前のウエルカムドリンクや無料バーラウンジなど、工夫されていて飽きずに過ごせた。 一方、気になったのは、廊下の声がかなり部屋の中にいても聞こえて夜中は少し気になったこと・貸切露天風呂の脱衣所が暖房が無くとても寒かったこと・駐車場が除雪されていなかったことなど。"

"料理と温泉がとても良い。料理は、夕食が部屋食、朝食は会場でしたが、とても美味しくいただきました。部屋食では、仲居さんと女将さんが交互に料理を運んでくれますが、会話も楽しく、弾みました。また、源泉かけ流しの白濁した温泉は、塩原温泉自体がホテルの大型化で少なくなっているなか、とても貴重です。風呂で一緒になったリピーターの方も、やはり温泉と料理に魅力を感じているとのことで、同感です。また、到着後、チェックインしてから茶菓子のサービスに始まり、部屋までの案内など、従業員のサービスも良く、好感が持てます。また、部屋ではWiFiが使えます。なお、通された部屋は、清潔ですが、眺望がないのが残念。また、隣の部屋の客の声も聞こえ、これがマイナス要素です。"

"露天風呂がとても開放感のある良い宿でした！ ご飯食べるのが早く、15〜30分ぐらいで完食してしまったのですが、部屋に戻るともう敷布団が引いてありかなり早技と思いました。 もちろんご飯も美味しかったです(^^) スタッフの方も皆さんとても良い人で満足でした(^^)"

"The location was excellent-in the heart of the Nasushiobara river valley. This ryokan was the cheapest ryokan available at the time on hotels.com. We had a beautiful view of the river outside of our window. The mattress were very thin and a little uncomfortable for me. The people were very nice and I would stay here again just based on the price."

"It was great! Very cosy and tradition Japanese stay experience! Breakfast was so carefully prepared and so satisfying! Wish we had gotten the dinner set as well. Location was a bit hard to find at first, as the sign was pretty hidden by all the foliage. The place actually sells tickets to most major attractions at a discount, which we didn’t know until we were about to leave :(. Don’t forget to check with the front desk!! Will definitely come back again if we’re in Nasu!"
